AgriTosha Limited ("AgriTosha," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect through it, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have over it under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 ("the Act"). AgriTosha Limited is the data controller for the information described below.
This policy covers only this marketing website. It does not cover the ToshaPOS product itself, which is a separate application with its own data practices and its own privacy policy.

Information you give us. When you use the contact form on this site, we ask for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, what you're interested in, and a message. We only collect what you choose to submit through that form.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server automatically logs standard technical data for every visit: your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. This is normal web infrastructure logging, used for security and troubleshooting, not for tracking you individually or for advertising.
Cookies. This site uses only the strictly necessary cookies required to keep the site working: a session cookie and a security (CSRF) token. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.
Spam prevention. Our contact form includes a hidden field designed to catch automated spam submissions. If it's filled in (which only happens for automated bots, never a real visitor), we log the IP address that triggered it. We do not save the rest of that submission.
We do not use your information to send unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Your details go to the AgriTosha team members who handle enquiries. They may also be shared with service providers who help us run this website and deliver email, for example our hosting and email delivery providers, strictly so they can perform that function for us. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not sell it.
Your data is stored in our database on secure hosting infrastructure. We keep it for as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it to us, generally for the duration of our conversation with you. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so, subject to any legal reason we may need to keep it.
